These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Persie app and related
services. By using Persie, you agree to these Terms.

Persie is a UK-focused financial calculator app. We provide tools to help you
understand numbers and scenarios. We do not provide financial advice.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Persie. If you are under 18, you must
have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. The service
Persie provides financial calculators and insights based on the data you enter.
The app is for informational purposes only.

4. Not financial advice (FCA disclaimer)
Persie is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We provide
calculations and observations only. You should seek advice from a qualified
financial adviser before making financial decisions. We are not liable for
decisions made based on app outputs.

5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate inputs and keep your account details secure.
- Use the app lawfully and do not misuse or attempt to disrupt the service.
- Do not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app without permission.

6. Subscriptions and billing
Persie offers optional premium subscriptions:
- Monthly: £3.99 per month
- Yearly: £34.99 per year

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime:
- iOS: Apple ID Settings > Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play > Subscriptions
- Web: via the billing portal or your account settings

Refunds follow the policies of Apple, Google, or Stripe (as applicable).

7. Intellectual property
The app, content, and branding are owned by Persie or its licensors. You retain
ownership of your data.

8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or
error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

9. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum
extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential
losses, or for losses arising from the use of calculations or insights.

10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop
using the app at any time and delete your account within the app.

11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you
accept the updated Terms.
